Tired of buying books? SIR can help.
Many branches have a book exchanges. It is the practice of swapping books among members. Members bring books to our luncheon meetings, and others sift through them for likely candidates to read. It’s a great way to find a book without having to pay. Usually, there are also CD’s and DVD’s that other members have brought too.
The books reflect the wide range of our members’ backgrounds and reading habits. It’s great to explore a different genre of books without having to pay.
